They are the voices of depression. It's something I openly talk about but never elaborated on how it really feels. This post took me a month to write and put together. It's quite difficult to convey what's on my mind as well as what I feel through words. These are things that's almost impossible to express without having the other person experience it themselves. After the passing of my father, depression took another form as it fed on my grief. Thus, the decision to see a therapist and take a different type of step forward this time. Those close to me have been supportive and I am blessed to have them in my life. God has been close and has been good - even when it didn't seem like it. Are you going through depression as well?
